the setting looks like its in a chinese city. and sometimes it would flash to a room with a piano and a wheat field.
there are two deaf people. the man helps inspire the deaf girl to follow her dreams while the hearing girl just puts her down and says she cant do it. also the people around her dont believe in her and also put her down.
the conflict she has is that she’s different because she cant hear and people dont believe in her ability.
the deaf girl is the protagonist and the hearing girl is the antagonist.
the climax is when the deaf girl does her solo and blows the crowd away, proving herself to everyone.

this best symbolizes hamlet because it portrays his revenge on the king. and it sums up what happened at the end of the play.

bloody mary is a famous superstion. supposedly if you chant “bloody mary” three times in a dark room in front of a mirror, she’ll appear. many superstitions about ghosts arise to scare people or to be of some interest to people. my family doesnt personally have any ghosts but it wouldnt surprise me if any of my friends had “ghosts” in their families. some of the most haunted places on earth are eastern state penitentary, the whaley house, the queen mary and the white house. i never knew the white house was haunted but i would imagine so with all the presidents that have lived there and most of them being dead and all.

there’s alot of allegory in the wizard of oz, especially in what the characters symbolize. dorothy symbolizes hope, honesty, sympathy and passion. she’s hopeful throughout the whole movie that she will find this “wizard of oz”. dorothy’s honest with her new found friends and she shows sympathy for their weaknesses. also she has alot of passion for her goals.
oz symbolizes the world itself. there’s evil and good and deceit.

the ideal woman tends to be skinny and flawless. we all know that’s not how most women are. even the most beautiful women have flaws, but the magazine editors dont want us to know that. the ideal woman usually lives in an ideal society with nice, fancy cars and big houses. she’s not afraid of much and can take care of herself. she has the ideal husband who’s also good-looking and perfect. we all know this does not exist. but once again magazines and media portray it as if it is.
